PUEBLO - Pueblo City Schools has placed the following schools on secured perimeter: Heaton Middle School, Belmont Elementary School and Haaff Elementary School, as they cooperate with a local law enforcement investigation. Bus transportation is currently delayed and we are asking that parents not to go to schools at this time.

Four different kinds of animals are welcoming new babies at the Colorado Springs Mounatin Zoo. Over the past month, a new Red River Hog baby, a Porcupine, Lynx kittens, and two Joeys have been born.  The zoo say's that this is an indication that they have healthy, happy animals. When animals reproduce in zoos, it means they feel comfortable with their surroundings.
