CSPD continue to search for a hit-and-run driver

Colorado Springs police are investigating a hit-and-run accident at Uintah and Reinhardt. Police say a light colored Jeep driving at a high rate of speed, hit a 40-year-old bicyclist and kept going.
The accident happened around 7:00 p.m. Friday. The victim was taken to a local hospital in unknown condition.

Man wanted by CSPD is now in custody

Colorado Spring police arrest 30-year-old Michael Casados Thursday night for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting his girlfriend. CSPD is not releasing any details surrounding the arrest at this time.
