$1.25 million bond set for each of Dougherty siblings

Bond has been set for three siblings who lead the FBI on a nationwide manhunt for more than a week. Ryan, Dylan and Lee Grace Dougherty made their first court appearance in Pueblo today. Their attorney waived their advisement, but the judge set their next court hearings and bonds.

The Dougherty trio is facing charges of first degree assault here in Colorado. Pueblo County Sheriff Kirk Taylor says the suspects fired shots at law enforcement from their car, during a chase on I-25 south of Pueblo yesterday.

Late this morning the judge set bond for each of the suspects at $1.25 million. They'll be held at the Pueblo County Jail until their next court appearance on August 15.

The suspects are also facing charges in Florida and Georgia.
