1 teen killed, 1 injured in Littleton shooting

LITTLETON, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say one teenager is dead and another is injured after a shooting in Littleton.

Police spokeswoman Kelli Narde says in a news release that officers responding to the 5400 block of South Fox Street just after 11 p.m. Friday found an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy lying in the street. The 18-year-old died at the scene, and the other teen was taken to a hospital.

Police have not released his condition, the names of the victims or the circumstances of the shooting.
