Make it back-to-back state championships for Pueblo South swimmer Mary Saiz, this week's "Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week."
A year ago, during her freshman season, Mary became the first Pueblo high school girl to win a state swim title. Mary defended that title this past weekend in Loveland winning the 100 yard backstroke in a time of 56.90. She also finished second in the 50 freestyle and participated in a couple of South's relay teams.
