20-year-old Trevor Baker was taken back into custody after a court appearance Friday. A spokesperson for the El Paso County Sheriff's office says Baker was arrested for violating a restraining order.

E.P.S.O. Lt. Jeff Kramer also says the Colorado Springs Police Department gave additional charging documents against Baker for pimping a child.

Baker was arrested in May on several felony charges related to child prostitution. The arrest affidavit says Baker and a 16-year-old girl set up an online ad; it says Baker and the girl would agree on the encounters and split the money. Baker says the girl told him she was 18.

A local mother told News 5 just days after his arrest that Baker tried to use her daughter as a prostitute; Tina Clouse said her family was afraid for their safety with Baker out on bail.

Baker has since posted bond and is no longer being held in El Paso County's Criminal Justice Center.
