Pueblo police believe alcohol played a role in a deadly motorcycle accident in Pueblo. The suspect Joseph Rodriguez, 21, remains in jail on several charges including vehicular homicide.

The crash happened Monday afternoon on the south side of Pueblo near Lehigh and Regency. Police say they were trying to pull over Rodriguez, but he sped off and crashed into a parked car.

Both Rodriguez and his 18-year old passenger Seleste Rivera were thrown from the bike. Rivera died.
