Expect to see everything from balloons and pony rides to bounce houses and climbing walls on Sunday, August 28 at the Grace Fund's 7th annual fundraiser called "A Family afFaire."
Over the last six years the organization has raised and granted over $600,000 to those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's Disease or spinal cord injury.
All the money goes to people in the Colorado Springs area suffering from those illnesses. Organizers hope to raise $100,000 this year to support those in need.
"It helps us to help other that may not have the resources to manage their illness," says Grace Fund founder Heather Fitzgerald.
Tickets for the event are $100 per person or $200 per family, no matter how many people you have in your immediate family. It includes dinner, drinks, wine, beer, and all the fun festivities for the kids.
It runs from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and takes place at 49 Marland Road in Colorado Springs. You can reserve your tickets by calling 578-5694.
