Abbey wine available for Thanksgiving

Fans of the Wild Cañon Harvest Wine from the Winery at Holy Cross Abbey can celebrate, the 2011 vintage is now on sale! This marks the 10th year the vineyard has bottled the locally grown spirits.
A news release announcing the sale describes the 2011 Wild Cañon as "a light, concord style rosè wine, perfect for celebrating the holidays because it goes so well with rich foods."
The vintage contains 25 different varieties of grapes, primarily Concord, Niagara and Riesling.
Bottles can be purchased for $12 at the tasting room, at 3011 East US Highway 50 in Cañon City as well as at wine retailers along the Front Range.
