Accident snarls traffic at Fountain and Academy

Colorado Springs Fire Department Crews and Police Officers are on scene of a roll over accident at E. Fountain and South Academy Blvd. Crews on scene say a dump truck is on its side leaking fuel. A Hazardous Materials Crew is en route to the scene.
Expect lane closures as crews work to secure the spill and get the truck back on its wheels.
