BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) - Commissioners in Adams County have voted to approve construction of a new pipeline to carry crude oil from Colorado to Oklahoma. The White Cliffs Twin Pipeline will run parallel to an existing pipeline. It is intended to double the capacity. About 23 miles of the pipeline will cross the northeast corner of Adams county. The pipelines originate in Platteville.
