AFA to host Retiree Appreciation Day

Military retirees and their spouses have the opportunity to get answers about physical therapy, dental care, Tricare and other medical issues at the 2010 Front Range Military Retiree Appreciation Day. It will be held at the Air Force Academy July 24, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
You'll also have the chance to get needed vehicle decals for base access.
Keynote presenters will be: Col. Rick LoCastro, 10th Air Base Wing commander at the Air Force Academy; Col. Wayne Monteith, 50th Space Wing Commander at Schriever Air Force Base, Colo., and Col. Jim Jennings 21st Air Base Wing vice commander at Peterson AFB, Colo.
The event start at 8:30 a.m. with a continental style breakfast, guest speakers follow at 9 a.m.
Representatives of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service will be on hand offering door prizes.
If you attend, park at the Field House Parking Lot. From there, shuttle buses will run to Arnold Hall.
