How could someone do that? That's the question many are asking after a disturbing arrest in Pueblo. Kenneth Milosavich remains in jail today--accused of sexual assault on a dog.

The incident happened Saturday at a home on E. Evans Ave. A woman told police she saw Milosavich performing a sexual act with her dog, a female pit bull.

Milosavich was arrested at a nearby bar. Pueblo police says they found crack cocaine on him. Milosavich is also a registered sex offender.

We asked a licensed clinical social worker how someone could perform a sexual act on an animal? "Those of us in the field have a hard time understanding it too," said FeAna Balsick, with Transitions For Living, LLC. Balsick says treatment is an important aspect of helping people who commit bizarre sexual acts. "Theses types of urges don't go away. Why they happen in the first place in still a mystery," said Balsick.

We'll have much more on this story tonight on News 5 at 6.
