An icy morning becomes a sunny Monday

Icy roads and windshields this morning will be less of a problem as temperatures warm into the 50's and 60's across Southeastern Colorado today.

A weak disturbance moved through last night and early this morning. It brought some clouds, rain, and high-elevation snow. The rain and snow moved out before 4 AM. The clouds will thin and move out by about 9 AM, and the rest of the day will be mainly sunny.

Temperatures will top out in the low-to-mid-50's around Colorado Springs and Monument with lower 60's in Pueblo and across the Southeastern Plains and upper 50's near and west of I-25 from the Arkansas River south.
