An injury accident on eastbound Highway 24 in Ute Pass slows traffic

Manitou Springs Police dispatch tells News 5 that an injury accident in the eastbound portion of Hwy 24 between Cascade and Manitou Springs has one lane blocked. Emergency workers are on scene and say that they are currently able to move traffic around the crash in the left lane. Colorado State Patrol was still en route to the scene.
El Paso County Sheriff's deputues are also at the scene. There's no word on the severity of injuries.
