April election: Candidates for City Council

There are already ten candidates on the ballot for Colorado Springs Mayor. But so far, not that many people are lining up to fill open City Council seats. 7 of the 9 seats are open. One reason for the lack of candidates could be the salary--the job pays $6,000 a year.
