DENVER (AP) - At least one owner of a Colorado medical marijuana business raided by federal agents last year has been arrested and another has been indicted.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Internal Revenue Service and Diplomatic Security Service carried out the arrests Friday.
Proseuctors say the names of those arrested and the reasons are in a sealed indictment that could become public Monday.
KUSA-TV captured video of Denver attorney and dispensary owner David Furtado being led away by agents with his arms behind his back Friday. Furtado's lawyer didn't immediately return a call.
An attorney for Gerardo Uribe, another dispensary owner, said Uribe had been indicted but it wasn't immediately clear if he was arrested.
Attorney Sean McAllister says he doesn't know what charges Uribe faces.
