ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - An upscale Aspen restaurant is suing its insurance company over a bomb threat on New Year's Eve 2008 that forced evacuations and canceled dinner reservations. Jimmy's restaurant filed the lawsuit in Pitkin County against Homestate Companies to recuperate losses from its wrecked holiday party.
