Benefit held for Pueblo Good Samaritan

You may remember the story we brought you about Ernesto Campos, the good samaritan in Pueblo who was hit while trying to get someone else out of the road.

Well today Campos was able to go to a benefit in his honor.

He has to walk with a cane and family members say he has quite a bit of physical therapy to do and massive medical bills.

"I cannot even explain the feeling," said Ernesto's sister, Regina Campos. "It's been great. The support that we've gotten, all the thoughts and prayers and everything that he's gotten."

If you want to help out, they'll be out at Joey's Pixie Inn at 440 S. Santa Fe Avenue till 8:00 tonight with music, food, raffles, and more to support campos.
