Need your "The Biggest Loser" fix? The popular show is pre-empted this week by the Olympics, so here's an update on the most recent winner.
Season 8 champ Danny Cahill lost 239 pounds and he's keeping it off.
Cahill went from 430 to 191--losing weight than any other contestant in the history of the show.
"I feel like I'm a new person," said Cahill. "Every morning when I wake up I feel myself and I go, 'Wow! This is great!'"
So just how is the 40-year-old Oklahoma native keeping all that unwanted weight from coming back--the same exercises he did during last chance workouts.
After doing free weights and basic floor exercises, such as pushups, Danny finishes up with a light jog on the treadmill.
This winner also stays thin by eating healthy.
"I'm making sure that 80 percent of the time I'm eating the right foods. And every now and then I will have that slice of pizza," Cahill said.
He's also been busy training for the Boston Marathon and helping his wife and daughter get healthy.
