Black Forest Fire victims will not be furloughed

The Defense Department has agreed to exempt Black Forest Fire victims from mandated furloughs.

That request was made by Colorado Springs republican congressman Doug Lamborn.

Military commanders will work with affected individuals to grant those waivers as soon as possible.
