According to Woodland Park Police Sergeant James Halloran, an anonymous caller phoned in a bomb threat that caused the Walmart to be evacuated. Hazardous materials teams and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are on scene while trooper with the Colorado State and deputies with the Teller County Sheriffs Office are directing traffic from entering the store parking lot. Halloran says a bomb sniffing dog from the Colorado Springs Police Department has been called for to search the building. Until it is cleared, all employees and customers are being kept a safe distance away from the area.
