Boobies Rock owner says he's shutting down company

DENVER (AP) - The man behind Boobies Rock! Inc. says he will shutter his company after the Colorado attorney general accused him of misleading customers around the country into thinking more of their money was going to breast cancer charities.

Colorado Attorney General John Suthers had alleged Adam Shryock, Boobies Rock, Say No 2 Cancer and The Se7ven Group hired women to go to bars and sell T-shirts and other items with pro-breast or anti-cancer slogans, but little of the profits went to cancer charities.

Outside a courtroom Monday, Shryock told KUSA-TV in Denver he is essentially shutting down his companies. KUSA reports the sides are working on how much Shryock will pay back and to whom.

Shryock says he plans to stay in the T-shirt business but without referring to cancer.
