BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - The Boulder County district attorney's office is leading a campaign to get a sex assault exam program back in Boulder to ease the stress on victims who currently must go to either Loveland or Westminster.
Boulder County previously had a program that was staffed by trained nurses, but the program shut down in 1999 in a dispute over handling cases.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera (http://tinyurl.com/kvw8wba ), some people are refusing to have the exams done because of the time and trouble involved.
