It's looking like a good night to hunker down for the Super Bowl, but, maybe not so good for traveling to those parties. Slick roads and cold temps may mean a party at home for many at the end of this season.
"I don't want to be out on the roads," says Richard Jones.
If you were thinking the same thing, then you may have braved them, and the crowds, earlier in the day to gear up for a night in.
"We wanted to get out earlier but it looks like the crowds all out here in the first place," says Jones.
"We're getting loaded up," shows off John Bornschein. "Wait until the last minute as usual."
Some lists are simpler than others, but, tackling a complicated list takes just as much team work as the winning team will need to show Sunday night.
Navigating the cars to find your own in the parking lot can take moves like a running back.
Sunday's weather may not have been a shocker, but it can change your plans.
"It's Colorado, so you always have to expect the unexpected," says Anthony Mitchell.
"We're going cook food that's a little warmer," says Emily Periard.
Those plans can change, but even despite the weather, most people have a similar forecast for the game.
"It's football so, last game of the season, gotta' enjoy that," says Mitchell.
For some there's a way they could enjoy it even more.
"Go Denver next year," exclaims John Bornschein.
