Broken water main backs up traffic

A broken water main on 21st Street in Colorado Springs has traffic down to one lane between Broadway Street and Hwy 24.
Crews with Colorado Springs Utilities and the City Streets Department project that it will take the rest of the day to replace the 16-inch water main and repair the street.
Use an alternate route.
