Monday was day one of Broncos organized team activities, and the veterans, new and old, are excited to get the team ready.
"I need to be that solid foundation," says newly acquired DeMarcus Ware. "They already have everything here, so I'm being that consistent guy that's going to play well week in and week out. You can really see that the guys really want it, and they really have that bad taste in their mouths from last season, and I know that's motivating them."
"Focusing on the now. Focusing on this individual weight lifting session, this individual meeting," says quarterback Peyton Manning. "I think to develop an identity, to develop chemistry, as I've always said, takes time, and today was the first day of that process."
The team announced Monday it's moving Orlando Franklin from right tackle to left guard to take over for departed free agent Zane Beadles.
