Buckskin Joe's went for $3M

Buckskin Joe's closed Sunday after decades of Old West fun for families. Documents filed Monday in Fremont County show that an anonymous buyer purchased the land and all of its contents for $3M.
Buckskin Joe's will be meticulously dismantled and rebuilt at another location in Colorado. Everything will be taken apart board-by-numbered-board before the snow flies. It will be put back together next spring.
It was purchased by a private collector through Fremont County Acquisitions LLC.
