TODAY: Today will be similar to Saturday with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the 60s in Colorado Springs and Canon City, low 70s in Pueblo, and near 50 in Teller County. Chance for isolated showers this afternoon. Overnight lows will fall into the 30s.
TOMORROW: Windy, warm, and stormy with highs in the 60s in most areas, closer to 50 in Teller County. There is a FIRE WEATHER WATCH for Pueblo, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero, Bent and Baca Counties. Throughout the plains, there is a chance for severe thunderstorm activity. We will be watching this for you tomorrow. Also, Northern El Paso County is under a BLIZZARD WATCH beginning Monday night. For the Sangre De Cristo and Wet Mountain Ranges, Teller County, and the Pikes Peak region, there is a WINTER STORM WATCH that starts late Monday night.
TUESDAY: The WATCHES should continue throughout the day. It will be much colder with temperatures in the 20s in Colorado Springs, near 32 in Pueblo and Canon City, and near 18 in Teller County. It will be a blustery day with winds gusting over 35 mph. You can expect 1-2" of snow across the plains with 8-14" of snow across the higher elevations. Overnight lows will be in the mid teens to the low 20s.
WEDNESDAY: Conditions improve with partly sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s.
REST OF THE WEEK: Partly sunny and mild with temperatures in the 50s and 60s.
