Capitol Christmas Tree to visit Colorado Springs on Sunday

The U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree will be on display at the Air Force Academy on Sunday as it makes its way to Washington D.C.  The 73 foot tall tree was cut last week near Meeker, Colorado and is now in the middle of a 23-day tour.

On Sunday you can see it at the parking lot at the Air Force Academy Football Stadium between 8 and 10 a.m.

It will then head to Denver, Greeley and La Junta and then on to New Mexico.
