Car thefts on the rise

Over the past week, there's been a large number of reported car thefts across Colorado Springs. Police are asking folks to stay vigilant about keeping their vehicles secure and be on the lookout for cars reported stolen.
Tony Spehar talked with police and one victim who caught the person who stole her car on tape.
