Car towed with baby in it

DENVER (AP) - A Denver tow truck driver who hauled away a car blocking a business' garage unknowingly took along a passenger - a 9-month-old baby.

Now, police are investigating how that happened.  The towing company says the car was removed Tuesday night after blocking the driveway for at least an hour. The company says the baby was in a car seat covered in blankets and no one knew she was in there until the mother called looking for her.

Paramedics checked the girl at the impound lot and she was fine. The baby was returned to the mother, whose name hasn't been released.  Police are considering whether or not any laws were broken.
