CC single game tickets go on sale Sept. 21

With opening faceoff for the historic 2013-14 hockey season fast approaching, Colorado College announced Tuesday that single-game tickets will become available to the general public starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21.


Fans can buy tickets online at CCTigers.com, in person the at the World Arena box office, the Pikes Peak Center and TicketsWest outlets at local King Soopers, or by calling 719-576-2626. Additional fees apply to online, telephone and King Soopers outlet purchases.


A limited amount of season tickets remain available as well. Anyone interested should contact Mike DeMartini at 719-389-6324 or michael.demartini@coloradocollege.edu as soon as possible.


CC's home schedule for the ‘13-14 campaign, which marks the launching of the new eight-team National Collegiate Hockey Conference, includes the customary two outings with archrival University of Denver as well as weekend series against perennial powerhouses Miami University and the University of New Hampshire. The Tigers also play host to Air Force in a single contest for local bragging rights. That game and the two against DU are premium dates.


The World Arena box office will open exclusively for the release of single-game tickets on Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Normal hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and once the season begins, the box office opens at 10 a.m. on all game days, including weekends.


As usual, Tiger Hockey will offer a number of featured discounts during the course of the season.
They include:
Premium Game Special - Buy a full price ticket to any of the three premium games with Denver or Air Force and receive a ticket for just $5 to either the Friday, Oct. 18 official season opener vs. Minnesota Duluth or the Saturday, Dec. 7 game against Nebraska Omaha (promotion valid until Nov. 19, 2013, at the World Arena box office, Pikes Peak Center, and over the phone).
Five Dollar Kids Nights - Tickets priced at $5 for kids ages 17 and under for both games with Nebraska Omaha on Dec. 6 and 7, as well for the Saturday, Jan. 4 game against Brown University, available only at the World Arena box office.
Military Discount - Show a valid military ID and receive $1 off any ticket at the World Arena Box Office. This discount is good for up to four tickets per military ID.
