Colorado-based Chipotle expanding to Europe

Are you addicted to Chipotle's steak burritos--extra pico de gallo, of-course-I-want-guacamole! Good news--now you can travel to Europe without going through withdrawal.
Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its first European restaurant, in London. The store opened Monday.
The Denver-based fast-casual burrito, taco and salad chain says it's looking for more sites in London and is also exploring Paris and select cities in Germany.
Chipotle founder Steve Ells says the food culture in Europe meshes with the chain's core values of local, sustainable and artisanal foods.
As of March 31, the company had 976 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. It has said it plans to open up to 130 new stores this year.
