If you're a fan of anime you have to hear this.
NASA recently teamed up with the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency.
They held a contest to create an anime character to represent the Global Precipitation Measurement Mission.
Out of two grand prize winners, one of them was a 14-year-old Colorado girl from Hudson.
Sabrynne Buchholz created a character named Mizu-Chan.
This character represents water and even has clouds on her dress that can rain depending on her mood.
The other grand prize winner was from Japan.
