Colorado Highway 50 closed west of Canon City

The Colorado State Patrol is reporting that Colorado Highway 50 is currently closed at mile marker 273, approximately 4 miles west of Canon City, in both directions following a roll over accident involving a vehicle towing a trailer. Only minor injuries were reported, but wreckage and crews at the scene are blocking the entire roadway. The accident originally occurred in the west bound lanes.
