CEDAR RAPIDS - A Colorado Springs woman will be brought back from Iowa to face charges for the death of a Colorado Springs man in February.
Colorado Springs Police charged 21-year-old Bionca Rogers with murder and tampering with evidence after the death of 61-year-old Grant Frazer.
Frazier was last seen with Rogers in Colorado Springs on Feb. 16. His body was found in his car in central Iowa eight days later.
An autopsy determined he died from multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma.
Rogers turned herself into police in eastern Iowa two days after Frazier's body was discovered.
But she refused to waive extradition to Colorado.
Now an Iowa judge has received an extradition warrant from the Governor of Colorado.
Colorado Springs Police say Rogers is expected to be transferred from the Linn County Jail in Iowa to El Paso County this month.
Rogers is being held without bond.
