Colorado Springs Police put their plan in action

Colorado Springs Police and Mayor Steve Bach just updated us on the 3 separate shootings overnight in the city. In all four people died.
Sgt. Steve Noblitt says the City had a plan of action to put into place last night when they were called out to multiple scenes.
Mayor Steve Bach condemned the shootings and said this kind of violence will not be tolerated.
