Colorado Springs shooting ruled a homicide

The El Paso County Coroner has completed an autopsy and officially ruled the shooting death of Ronald Raymond Gutierrez a homicide.
He was killed last Thursday during an altercation at a home on East Las Vegas St. The crime was originally reported as a home invasion, but police say the victim and another man were invited into the home.
No decision has been made on filing charges.
