Colorado Springs shooting suspect turns himself in to police

A man wanted on a charge of manslaughter in Colorado Springs has turned himself in to Canon City police without incident.

Colorado Springs police issued a warrant for the arrest of Billie Thomas Allen following a deadly shooting at the Days Inn off Rusina Rd. Saturday morning. 29-year-old Justin Dore was shot in the chest after 9:00 a.m. and later died at Penrose Hospital. Witnesses reported the shooting as accidental.
