Colorado Springs stops for 50th Street Breakfast

A huge amount of food was consumed in downtown Colorado Springs Wednesday at the 50th Colorado Springs Street Breakfast.  Fort Carson soldiers cooked up eggs and pancakes for thousands.

After breakfast 160 Range Riders set off for a five day trip into the mountains.  This leads up to the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Parade which happens on July 13.

The 70th Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo happens Wednesday, July 14 through Saturday, July 17 at the Norris-Penrose Event Center at 1045 West Rio Grande Street. For tickets, directions and more information on the rodeo, call 719-635-3547 or purchase online. Rodeo proceeds benefit our armed forces and their families.
