Committee members needed in Colorado Springs

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking citizen volunteers to fill several positions on the Public Safety Sales Tax Oversight Committee.

The committee monitors the spending the Public Safety Sales Tax funds, making sure the items approved by voters at the November 6, 2001 election are spent properly.  Meetings typically take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. and there are other occasional meetings as necessary.
