Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice was named the 2009 T.D. White Award recipient by the Air Force Academy, for her distinguished career working for Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush.
On Thursday, Rice and Lt. Gen. Mike Gould attached Dr. Rice's name to a plaque listing White award recipients in Arnold Hall.
The former Secretary of State is now a professor of political science at Stanford University.
