The wind will die down over the lower elevations tonight. West of I-25 wind will blow much of the night with gusts from 35-45mph. Friday will be cooler and continued windy with gusts up to 35mph lower elevations and 50mph gusts higher locations. A cold front arrives late tomorrow with some chilly air, overnight lows Friday night into Saturday morning will drop into the 30's. A passing shower possible late tomorrow over the Pikes Peak Region. A better chance of rain and thunderstorms near the Kansas border. Dry skies Saturday and Sunday.
