Could there be an arsonist on the east side of Pueblo?

There may be an arsonist on the east side of Pueblo.
The Fire Department says they've noticed a cluster of about ten fires this past year in one area.
They know some of them were not caused by arson, but they are investigating others.
They're hoping for any information that could explain this increase in fires on the east side.
"We're very concerned," said Chief Chris Riley of the Pueblo Fire Department. "Obviously, there's a pattern, what we're viewing as a pattern, and we're working close with the Police Department to find the folks or the person who's doing these arsons."
