The search is on for a couple from Pueblo that have been missing in Texas since Sunday.
E.J. Gray, 23, and Courtney Gray, 19, were last heard from on Sunday afternoon. The couple, both of whom grew up in Pueblo, were living in Texas where E.J. was stationed at Fort Hood. According to police in Texas they've sent officers out in search of the couple but haven't been able to find them.
Courtney and E.J. Gray have family in Pueblo who told News 5 that the couple's phones were both shut-off on Sunday evening. They said E.J. Gray is now considered AWOL from the Army and a federal agent has been brought in to investigate the couple's disappearance.
"You don't know where they're at, what's going on, so it's pretty hard when you're 11-hours away from them," explained Bruce Niccoli, Courtney's father. "You're in the dark, you have no idea and everything runs through your mind, every situation, and there's nothing you can do about it."
The Gray's have been known to drive a dark-blue Volkswagen Beetle with Texas license plates. Anyone with information about the couple's whereabouts is asked to call police.
