Crews near full containment on fire near Rangely

Firefighters expect to fully contain a 340-acre fire near Rangely by Monday evening.

No structures were immediately threatened.

The fire was 70 percent contained as of midday Sunday.

Fire officials say the blaze was reported by Friday and was started by lightning. It is burning in pinon, juniper, sagebrush and grass.
