Criminal case against Pueblo deputy moves forward

The criminal case against a Pueblo County Sheriff's Deputy is moving forward. Randal Alire is facing multiple felony counts, including sexual assault and kidnapping.
In Oct. 2012, Alire allegedly held his ex-girlfriend captive at gunpoint.
This afternoon a district judge ruled there's enough probable cause to try him on those charges.
