Cripple Creek fire victims identified

The Cripple Creek Police Department has identified the two people who died in an early morning fire last Friday.
The bodies of Joshua David Carroll, 27, and Erica Nicole Girard, 19, were found on the second floor of the home in the 200 block of Carr Ave.
Keith Girard, 51, suffered burns on his hands and feet. He was airlifted to a hospital.
Autopsies have been performed on the victims by the Teller County Coroner's Office. No cause of death has been released.
The cause of the fire in still under investigation.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is assisting local police and fire investigators in the case.
