CSPD warning hikers about "smash and grabs"

Warmer weather is here and the CSPD is seeing an increase in "smash and grabs" into cars in many parking lots across our area.
Targeted parking lots include those at Palmer Park, Garden of the Gods, Bear Creek Park, Cheyenne Canyon and Red Rock Canyon.
